Inflation

We've put the inflatable awning up and it really works! It looks like a regular awning too and not like a bouncy castle, which is a good feature. The frame is like large bicycle inner tubes and you just pump it up with a hand pump. Even at a first go it didn't take long. We haven't fallen out about anything yet. The caravan mover made pitching a doddle. It's a bit like having a very large, slow moving remote control toy and Brian was in his element. What with that and not having to argue over which piece attaches to which in the awning frame, domestic harmony has prevailed. Still, Brian has been struggling with his flip flops again. He really cannot master them and the children will affectionately recall what was politely referred to as 'Dad's flip flop walk'. I suggested he wear proper sandals and made him take his socks off. He's in shock!
